We have a current opening for a Select Account Manager for P C in our Dayton office. The Select Account Manager develops, enhances and solidifies relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining and expanding the accounts, and by facilitating relationships between our agency, insurance carriers and our commercial insurance client.Essential Responsibilities: Develops and enhances client relationships and ensures business development by: Maintaining consistent and continuous communication with assigned clients.Meeting or surpassing the customer service expectations of clients.Providing needed information, creative solutions, and resolving issues for clients.Completing client servicing tasks related to applications, renewal applications, and account marketing.Maintaining current and accurate customer databases and files.Processing accounts, including preparing proposals, ordering policies, binders, ID cards, certificates, invoicing, premium financing and processing policies.Complying with Select Account Procedures developed by Select Account Executive.Complying with Commercial Department goals as developed by management.Participating in the development of individual goals with Select Account Executive and Insurance Operations Manager.Acting as a positive role model for team members in terms of work ethic, support for agency goals and objectives, focus, results and level of positive energy.Continuance of education to meet State of Ohio, Department of Insurance licensing requirements as well as other educational goals outlined by management.Performs other ad hoc duties as requested by: Select Account Executive, Insurance Operations Manager, Commercial Lines Department ManagerEducation Experience Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent required Some college coursework preferred 3-5 years of experience in the P C insurance industry is required P C License required Industry Certification a plus Skills Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)Excellent communication skills, including listening, speaking and writingFlexibility and creativity for developing innovative and customized business solutionsExceptional relationship and development skills and interpersonal skillsAbility to lead and direct others, including coaching and procedure managementStrong analytical and problem solving skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)Demonstrate our Values Integrity - Demonstrates professional behaviors with honesty and respectCollaboration - Must be able to establish and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, clients and carriers.Passion for customer service - Must be able to effectively interact with internal and external clients by demonstrating basic knowledge of the clients' business needs, instilling confidence, revolving issues, following through on commitments, and tapping all available resources in order to meet the clients' expectations.Innovation - Must be able to use problem-solving skills to identify and solve problems or offer solutions using knowledge of the client as well as knowledge of the insurance industry.Accountability - Establishes priorities and organizes time effectively and efficiently to ensure that tasks are completed to meet or exceed customer expectations.We are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
