We maintain display rack programs, many of which are on an exclusive basis, with several large national and regional retail chains, including grocery, drug, convenience, video, fitness and other mass merchandise locations. We provide Local Business Advertising, National Advertising, and Free Publication advertising options.
Responsible for the total management of a profit center including outside sales and new client acquisition, hiring and training distribution personnel, billing and collections, administrative reports, and ensuring quality distribution of all products.
Prospect and acquire new advertising clients
Customer service and renewal of current client base
Responsible for hiring, training, managing, and setting goals for the Operational Staff
Responsible for the management of Independent Contractors
Conduct annual reviews and evaluations on staff
Organize, audit and maintain compliance for local retail agreements for community display program
Ensure client contractual agreement(s) are being fulfilled
Service, bill and collect accounts for all pocket rental agreements
Supervise and monitor the delivery of all free publications
Verify all delivered quantities of publications to the market
Analyze competitive market distribution
Maintain all company vehicles
Assist with budget preparation for the market
Adhere to budgetary guidelines for the market
Manage all market line item expenses
Prepare monthly and weekly distribution tracking reports
Update and maintain accurate route sheets and store lists
Maintain warehouse to audit standards
Regularly lifts or carries object weighing an average of 35 lbs
Regularly uses tools and warehouse machinery to complete tasks
May perform Independent Contractor’s responsibilities as needed
Performs other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Good written and verbal communication skills required
Computer skills (Outlook, Sharepoint, MS Office) preferred
Must be able to physically lift an average of 35 lbs
Qualifications, Training, and Experience:
Two years management and outside sales experience preferred
