ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE In this role, you cover a geographic territory comprised of both large enterprise accounts as well as strategic accounts. You will be responsible for demand generation, account penetration, relationship building with both business and IT contacts, building and managing pipeline, creating & executing account strategies and closing enterprise-level deals. The ideal candidate will possess the intelligence and aptitude to position the benefits of Kony’s mobile application software to customers, the strategic thinking to support the team in driving a complex enterprise sales process, and be passionate about exceeding revenue expectations in a competitive market. Role and Responsibilities:
Develop account penetration plans in conjunction with internal Business Development Manager
• Establish relationships with business and IT leaders within key accounts
• Build and execute strategy based on company GTM combined with unique business value proposition for that customer / industry or line of business
• Forecast opportunities based upon realistic assessments
• Turn every customer into a reference leveraging Kony resources as well as partner ecosystem
• Meet/exceed assigned revenue goals
QUALIFICATIONS Here is what we are looking for:
  • An experienced Account Executive, with a minimum of 8 years in Enterprise Software Sales
  • History of working with new technologies and quickly understanding positioning and business value
  • Exemplary record of performance, consistently above plan
  • Self-starter, highly motivated individual who will be the CEO of his territory and manage to plan
  • Positive, motivational style (master motivator)
  • Ability to work in a growing, entrepreneurial environment
  • Superb communication, listening and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about winning in a competitive market, willing to go the extra mile
  • Technical aptitude
  • At least 50% travel required
