High school diploma or GED; college coursework in accounting preferred; four years of experience in automated accounting/bookkeeping or reimbursement work; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and to apply self-driven organizational and time management skills to meet critical deadlines. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs. Pre-employment drug testing and FBI criminal background check and FBI criminal background check required.


Coordinate, process and perform record keeping for various key department purchasing and accounting items such as: department food accounts for twenty plus sites, accounting for wireless devices, rent payments for over eighty sites, and travel authorization and reimbursement requests. Responsible for the review and processing of items in an electronic business enterprise financial system. Assist department staff with purchasing and accounting policies and procedures. Performs other work as required.


40 hours/week; shift varies Monday - Friday
