The successful candidate will serve as an expert on acquisition management, program management and program oversight. Provide recommendations on program oversight, procurement processing, financial management, and acquisition policies. Oversee the analysis of the most complex problems relating to government acquisition and program management. Perform original research to conceptualize program strategy or innovative acquisition designs that maximizes effectiveness. Develop and update organization policy, practices, or automated systems to incorporate changes in statute, economic conditions, or best practices in use in the industry. This position calls for cradle to grave knowledge of the procurement process and the FAR.
Specific Qualifications:
Minimum of 12 years overall experience with minimum of ten years direct acquisition experience.
Knowledge of the FAR required.
Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Desirables:
A Secret Clearance is a plus.
