Our client, a DMNews Top 25 direct marketing agency, seeks a Senior Advertising Sales Exec with digital advertising experience, a solid track record, and excellent client and agency contacts. The successful candidate will identify key client opportunities to partner, work with media buying, account management, and marketing to design innovative advertising solutions to meet their client’s needs and goals.
- Manage sales strategy, which includes identifying key clients to target and seeing through the sales process on each client
- Build strong relationships with mid to large sized businesses and develop long term client revenue
- Help manage existing client relationships and look for ways to grow revenue across team accounts
- Actively interview, hire and train new sales candidates for the team
- Perform presentations on Direct Agents solutions to clients to help increase their online customer acquisition needs
- Attend industry conferences and represent company at various industry events globally
- 4-10 years of experience in sales and marketing at an advertising agency or online media company
- Strong understanding of the sales process with record of attaining top sales goals
- Experience partnering with C-level executives at large companies
- BA/BS or MBA in business, marketing or related field with a strong academic record
- Exemplary leadership skills and business acumen
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to multi-task and work under pressure
