The Senior Administrative Associate (SAA) position provides full and diversified administrative support to designated Managers and Directors of the eMarketing department within Commercial Business Operations (CBO).. Duties will include, but are not limited to: coordinating meetings, making travel arrangements, interacting with customers and vendors, onboarding of new employees to internal systems and processes, training and offsite planning and document management. They must contribute to Interactive Marketing level support (such as but not limited to upkeep of shared areas). The SAA must be able to utilize good judgment in managing calendar appointments and access to Manager’s schedules.

They must be professional in demeanor and appearance, and courteous and friendly.Qualifications: Proven ability to perform at a Senior Administrative Associate level and collaborate well with other administrative professionals within the departmentProven ability to work well with all levels of internal leaders, customers, employees and outside vendorsMust be flexible and adaptableStrong calendaring and catering skillsExperience using Google applications (i.e. gDocs, Google Sites) and Apple devices (i.e. Macs)Technically SavvyConsistent follow through of tasks and projectsAbility to prioritize and multi-task as neededAbility to receive and act upon “ad-hoc” requestsEffective written and interpersonal communicationsExercise independent judgment and discretion with sensitive/confidential and proprietary informationAbility to think proactively, creatively and strategicallyStrong attention to detailA team oriented individual. The SAA is expected to assist other members of the Administrative Team as neededWho You Are6 years general office experience of which at least 3 years spent on the Senior Management levelBasic accounting knowledge with the ability to analyze and synthesize dataStrong Apple and Microsoft Office computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and SAPBachelors degree preferred
