Position Type Full Time Posting Job Description The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks a/an Senior Analyst, Product Development for our Business Services Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.

Essential Job Functions:
Assist the Senior Manager, Business Class Product Development with various product operations activities, including new pricing and promotion implementation, CRM tool updates, operational processes. Coordinate with a wide variety of functional groups to identify and assess the commercial customer needs and to define sales, billing and invoicing requirements, and determine optimal pricing implementation in sync with the product strategy. Support product managers, development managers and marketing managers in defining specific product and promotions related sales product catalog requirements, billing service codes requirements, invoice presentation requirements, and reporting requirements for new products, promotions, and general product maintenance requests requiring Business Services billing and sales solution support. Work with corporate marketing, legal, accounting, finance and tax departments to ensure that the statements are aligned with industry standards and legal requirements. Oversee scheduling, prioritization and timely completion of all of all activities, ensure projects follow their overall strategic plan and meet milestones with regard to planning/scheduling, product, legal and field compliance.

Job Requirements:
5+ years of product development experience operating in a cross-functional/matrixed environment in a B2B telecommunications organization; Experience writing detailed product and functional requirement documents Understanding of telecommunication billing and invoicing practices, product development / product management life-cycle; 2 years of Product Development experience in telecommunication services strongly preferred; Working knowledge of telecommunication, Salesforce and cable billing systems.

Ability to build interdepartmental relationships; Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as analytical and documentation skills; Able to multitask and perform in a fast paced and changing environment with minimal direction and supervision; Strong personal work ethic; Product lifecycle management, requirements process and methodologies;

Preferred Qualifications:
MBA a plus, knowledge of Salesforce, Saville, ICOMs or CSG billing systems a plus.

Education and Experience:
Level 3: Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year College or university; or equivalent training, education and experience.

Additional Education Information:
Master's degree in Business or Technology; and at least 3 years related experience with a minimum of 2 years product management / development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience; preferably with a telecommunications service provider.

Yes Travel 5 %
