Sr. Analyst/Project Manager, Supporting Project Controls Division - Adams County, PA

PROJECT:
This projects will be providing site support services involving Power Plant, Administrative Facility Renovations, and Exterior Cooling Tower at this Government Facility near Adams County, PA.

NEEDS:
Supports the Projects Controls Division (PCD) which provides a broad array of project controls services to include providing senior managerial expertise in project execution services. Services involve the definition, interpretation, and development of high-level organizational technical engineering performance requirements for the successful execution of projects; and the development and implementation of processes in support of the organizational mission at the macro or micro levels. Manager for the on-site RRMC CMTSS team personnel. Responsible for the day-to-day aspects of the team including planning/scheduling, process management, and task delivery. Responsible for estimating effort required for own work, and checking and agreeing other team member estimates. Assists in development and improvement of ECM business processes. Uses agreed upon business systems analysis processes to produce appropriate documentation and reviews documentation of others. Performs work across multiple business segments and processes, and engages in highly complex business processes requiring the design or integration of solutions across multiple segments of the business. Provides timely, accurate and essential program information in appropriate format to senior leadership on a recurring basis. Reviews contract modifications/change orders prior to negotiation; and attend critical negotiations. Ensure contract changes are finalized. Ensures customer and stakeholders are informed of the status, budget and any issues or concerns, along with remedial or mitigating actions, relating to the project. Assists FSD in the formulation of lessons learned; provides claims services when\as required by the government for specific projects; reviews disputes and claims from the A/E and/or construction contractor(s); and renders assistance the government may require.

Qualifications

PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
4-year degree in Engineering (or related field) and 10 years of related work experience.

Professional Engineer registration may be required.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.
