The Senior Application Developer is responsible for providing technical designs expertise for IT projects. The Senior Application Developer will follow System Life Cycle (SDLC) disciplines to ensure successful implementation of projects in support of corporate initiatives. The Senior Application Developer participates on development efforts by performing detailed analysis, developing detailed designs, programming, and testing applications
A. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent in experience and education desired.
B. Minimum of 5-7 year(s) enterprise-level experience with ASP.NET/C# and to design, develop and implement reusable objects.
E. Advanced knowledge of SQL
F. DotNetNuke experience a plus
G. Experience with Team Foundation Server system a plus
H. Knowledge of SOA environment a plus
I. Experience methodology based development, including agile and waterfall
J. Ability to navigate and work on multiple operating systems such as Windows and Unix
K. Experience with automated unit and/or functional testing methods preferred
L. Ability to work as part of a team or to be self-directed as required
M. Good oral and written communication skills
N. Knowledge of health care payer business is preferred
