Atkins seeks an energetic, highly motivated, detail-oriented, self-starter to join our Los Angeles staff as a Senior Architectural Construction Administrator.
o Shop Drawings and submittals
- Min. 10-yrs. experience; hospitality or entertainment experience a plus. Licensed architect in California a plus
- Resides in or near LA county
- Experienced in Architectural Construction Administration on large scale ( $100M+) projects
o Site inspections and observations
o Ability to communicate, negotiate and resolve conflicts in the field.
o Interpreting Construction documents
o Respond to RFI’s
o Develop field reports and records

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in Architecture; graduate level technical coursework preferred. This level may be achieved by Architects with seven years experience since Bachelor's degree or six years experience with Master's degree. Typical incumbent has ten or more years' experience.
Proven technical writing and communication skills. May be eligible for project management training. CAD skills and Revit are required.
Registration as a licensed architect is required. Licensed architect in California a plus.
