NYU seeks a Senior Business Analyst, Enterprise Risk who will work collaboratively with central and departmental administrative users to develop business requirements and identify solutions to risk quantification, assessment and mitigation initiatives. Maintain working functional knowledge of business needs and practices for the University's administrative processes. Coordinate project activities related to the evaluation, selection, implementation, specification, development, testing, and roll-out of enterprise risk management reporting systems. Manage system testing efforts ensuring system delivery according to specifications and requirements. Manage enterprise risk data quality efforts by working with administrative units on establishing processes and procedures to identify and fix erroneous and inconsistent risk management data. Lead the quality assurance and testing efforts for the Insurance & Risk Management department across all subject areas.

Qualifications/Required Education:
Bachelor's degree

Preferred Education:
Master's degree

Required Experience:
5+ years' relevant enterprise risk management experience, compliance or audit experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Excellent analytical and problem solving skills; excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to structure and conduct interviews to gather requirements. Analytical skills to analyze the requirements and define scope and deliverables. Strong attention to detail to summarize, analyze, and report risk information. Leadership skills in working with diverse constituency, consensus building, ability to identify risks and developing risk mitigation strategies.
