Brief Description Core Services Corporation is currently recruiting a Senior Business Analyst to work with clients planning and managing engagements, identifying requirements, identifying process improvement opportunities, set up and configure the Oracle software modules based upon business functionality requirements with specific strength and focus on manufacturing applications. Detailed Description Responsible for the implementation of Oracle Manufacturing Modules as a functional consultant within an Oracle hosted application environment. This includes the ability to estimate, plan and manage an implementation effort. The candidate will be capable of identifying and translating client business requirements, mapping the requirements to the Oracle modules, defining the required Oracle application footprint and architecture, installing and setting up for development and deployment, importing data, building configuration models and rules in the various Oracle modules but with an emphasis on Manufacturing modules. Required are the skills necessary to design the set up and configure Oracle software modules in addition to the business experience to identify and apply relevant best practice business processes. Experienced with AIM Methodology and Oracle Accelerators. The candidate will also be able to support proposal efforts by using extensive Oracle implementation experience to recommend solutions and estimate potential efforts. Job Requirements Education/Experience Requirements/Certification:

  • Bachelors degree or Masters Degree in a related accounting, human resources or supply chain management.
  • 5 to 10 years experience with Oracle E-Business Suite Software.
  • Oracle certification a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must.
  • 60 to 80 percent travel.
