Among the responsibilities of a Sr BA is the execution of IT solutions for the Digital Distribution & Supply Chain department within the Home Entertainment Business Unit. They will work hands on with the technical teams to deliver solutions in alignment with organizational goals. The resource has to frequently collaborate and work with diverse teams across the globe. Working closely with management, external vendors and advisors. Key responsibilities include working with key stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT demand. Document requirements, develop functional specifications and work with respective Delivery teams to develop detailed specifications and facilitate testing and delivery of solutions to the business.
Demonstrated strength in managing cross-functional teams & strong collaboration with stakeholders
Requires a B.A./B.S. in computer science, business administration or other relevant field and 2+ years of experience in progressively responsible information technology positions.
Good working knowledge in software development, applications management, IT operations or related field
Good understanding of business processes and the ability to diagnose problems and help provide solutions.
Ability to work in a high stress and demanding environment of a 24/7 operation
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of management
Superior customer service skills
Strong written communication and oral presentation skills
Strong Business Analysis and Project Management Skills (+ 2 Years)
Knowledge of the Media & Entertainment industry with a focus on Digital and Traditional VOD Business Model
