VHDA, one of the nation's top Housing Finance Authorities in the nation, is seeking an experienced Application Support Analyst to join the ITS Division in the role of Business Application Support Analyst. You will have the opportunity to work with different lines of business throughout VHDA to understand their business processes and objectives and help them leverage technology through support and deep understanding of system capabilities. You will also work with the ITS staff to provide a broader support for enterprise systems and to implement new technology. You will use your skills as a business application administrator, technology generalist and business partnership facilitator to help VHDA as we work to provide quality, affordable housing to Virginians. This position will be part of the Business Solutions group and work with business users at all levels with a focus on our Human Resources and Finance and Accounting areas. It is a fast paced position that involves a commitment to learning and applying new knowledge and skills in support of our business areas and our mission.

Minimum Qualifications
? B.S. Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Information Management, or 6+ years of relevant work with increasing responsibilities in a technology field
? Mortgage Banking, Finance ERP or HRIS experience desired
? 5-8 years experience in: Application Support ? specifically with ERP systems (Lawson preferred), HRIS (Ceridian) and Open Text eDocs
? 2-4 years experience in IT related project management
? 4 years experience in Business Systems Analysis, Business Application Systems Support, and Quality Assurance
? 2 years of IT Customer Support
? An understanding of database structures, SharePoint, and an ability to write ad hoc reports to extract relevant information
? Experience working with or supporting MS Office 2010 (intermediate or advanced), Windows 7, SQL 2008, SharePoint 2007 and 2010, MS Server 2008.
? Desktop and network foundational knowledge and support skills
