Responsible for analyzing cash flow and financial statements, participating in the preparation of credit presentations for business lenders and/or loan committee review, and monitoring and reviewing existing business loans in conjunction with business lenders. These responsibilities also include appraisal reviews; borrowing base and construction draw monitoring, and may include joint calls with business officers to gain necessary insight and information.
1.Associate’s Degree in Finance or a related field or equivalent work experience.
2.Four years work experience in a financial institution, with some experience in a business lending environment desired, but not required.
3.Awareness of laws and regulations that govern lending and accounting practices.
4.Professional well developed interpersonal skills essential for interacting with credit union staff and members.
5.In-depth mathematical skills required (calculations and concepts involving decimals, percentages, fractions, dividend, interest, payoff and equity calculations etc).
6.Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook and intermediate knowledge of Excel
