Responsibilities include Building and nurturing relationships with potential and existing clients Developing a robust pipeline aligned with CSpring’s practice areas Delivering measurable revenue and gross margin outcomes which meet or exceed defined targets Providing leadership across all areas of responsibility Mentoring staff to develop and enhance the firm’s overall business development capabilities Actively engaging and contributing to other initiatives as directed by CSpring Executive Management Qualified candidates will have Proven business development skills and least 5 years of experience delivering positive results A history of selling professional services, preferably for a consulting organization Demonstrated industry expertise within either the government, healthcare, or insurance industries A well-developed local network and positive reputation within the community A polished, professional image and have a positive, energetic personality High quality standards and a clear understanding of what it means to deliver value Sales, Information Technology, Consulting
