Senior Business Measurement Analyst
The goal of the Sr. Business Measurement Analyst is to provide reporting and analytical support to the Long Term Disability Organization. The Sr. Business Measurement Analyst will also support process improvement and planning.
The Sr. Business Measurement Analyst’s responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
**This position will be in one of the following locations: Roseland, NJ or Portland, Maine
- Manage and support daily, weekly and monthly business results reporting and analysis
- Prepare report specifications in support of business needs.
- Assist with data analysis and trending for the business.
- Participate in projects/activities related to claim management and process / training development.
- Partner with operations in identifying claim and performance trends
Demonstrated analytical and math skills
Strong PC skills and proven ability to run reports in a Windows based environment.
Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Strong written and communication skills demonstrated in previous work experience
Proven skills in positive and effective interaction with internal customers
Work independently with minimal guidance
Experience in effectively meeting/exceeding individual professional expectations and team goals.
High level of flexibility to adapt to the needs of the organization
College degree preferred
Incumbents typically have Long Term Disability claim or relevant experience
