We are seeking a Business Operations Manager based out of the Flurry Headquarters in San Francisco, to manage the day to day operations of the Flurry advertising network. This is a highly cross-functional role where the person will be responsible for every aspect of the business that has to do with maximizing revenue. This position has high visibility across the company and requires an energetic individual who is comfortable with managing multiple tasks at one time. The ideal candidate will possess a mix of business analysis, operations and technical expertise. You will report to the Vice President of the Flurry Network under the overall Ad Operations umbrella.
Optimize balance of ad inventory supply and cross seller demand to maximize publisher revenue and meet advertiser requirements
Closely monitor daily network performance and be proactive in addressing discrepancies
Provide guidance on pricing policy and inventory forecasts to outbound Publisher Development and Sales teams
Serve as an expert on key business trends and proactively communicate them with business, engineering and executive teams
Work closely with customers to optimize campaigns and revenue, and provide insights into best practices
Create and maintain reporting, forecasting models, dashboards and other analysis tools
Manage funds coming in and going out of the system working closely with the Finance department
BS in Business, Economics, Math, Engineering or equivalent quantitative and/or analytical foundation preferred
5-7 years of experience in digital media or any kind of auction trading marketplace
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to communicate the “big picture” and also drill down to supporting details.
Excellent at multi-tasking and close attention to detail is a must
