The Role:
In this role, you'll apply thought leadership, market research and analytical skills, business judgment, project management and reporting expertise to help define the company’s strategy and translate it into investment decisions, partnerships and M&A transactions. You’ll work across broad cross functional teams to develop market and opportunity analysis, financial models and operating plans that support strategic decision making and track performance metrics.

Responsibilities:
Develop independent market and competitive research to support strategic decisions.

Build financial models to support new investment and transaction opportunities.

Coordinate M&A diligence processes and drive transaction modeling.

Assist in the evaluation of new partnership and business development opportunities.

Track performance of organic investments, partnerships and acquisitions.

Establish databases for analyzing and tracking competitive and complementary market segments.

Qualifications:
The right candidate will be highly analytical, solutions-oriented, entrepreneurial and pragmatic. They must be comfortable interacting across all disciplines of the company, capable and credible at engaging internal and external executive management teams and Board of Directors, and effective at setting and managing the expectations of senior management.

3-5 years of experience in strategic or management consulting, or M&A investment banking, preferably focused on technology.

Outstanding research, quantitative and critical thinking abilities.

Strong understanding of global economic markets and online consumer and business behaviors

Experience analyzing industry dynamics and fundamental drives of economic value for markets and participants

Ability to build advanced financial models to support all types of investment decisions and M&A transactions

Highly proactive with exceptional organization, planning, and execution capabilities.

Excellent presentation, communication (verbal, written and interpersonal) and multi-tasking skills.

Ability to build productive relationships with leaders of the business.

Bachelor's Degree required, preferably with a concentration in management, finance or accounting
