Haley & Aldrich, Inc. is seeking a Senior Client Leader to builds very strong relationships and strategic partnerships with Key, Target or Repeat Clients (KTR) and works to grow the business with these clients to support growth of the company.

Candidate must be currently actively engaged in and have future focus on:
•Core geotechnical and environmental services in Real Estate
•Development and Institutional (Higher Education and Healthcare) Clients and Markets
•Mid-Atlantic –Maryland, DC, Virginia, Carolinas, NJ, Delaware
•Sound business and risk management practice
•Both Private and Public Sector Higher Education experience required
•Experience in County, State, and Federal market and procurement a plus
Requirements
• Must have a Bachelor and/or Master degree
• Must have a PE licensure
• Must have 12+ years’ experience
• Must comply with the Guiding Principles and Code of Behavior articulated in our Company Charter
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will:
• Engage the client in strategic conversation to develop a broad and deep understanding of the client organization and its ecosystem and the current and future challenges it is facing
• Provide extremely valuable strategic input and services based on this understanding with exceptional business and financial acumen
• Recognize and seize opportunities to lead and facilitate on behalf of the client system
• Demonstrate strong technical competence in the services required by the client
• Build and maintain a strong bridge between the client and our project teams as they serve the client over time
• Assist with project problem resolution and steward the client relationship through any difficulties so that it thrives over the long term and we are sought out to provide services in the future
• Gather information from all staff working with the client to deepen understanding of client needs and issues
• Engage in ongoing business development with the client
• Provide ongoing input to company-wide strategic and systems thinking and planning
• Contribute to the development of new services, products, and innovations.

Builds very strong relationships and strategic partnerships with Key, Target or Repeat Clients (KTR) that have the potential to deliver at least $1M in Net Service Revenue (NSR) annually, and works to grow the business with these clients to support growth of the company. Engages the client in strategic conversation to develop a broad and deep understanding of the client organization and its ecosystem and the current and future challenges it is facing. Provides extremely valuable strategic input and services based on this understanding with exceptional business and financial acumen. Recognizes and seizes opportunities to lead and facilitate on behalf of the client system. Is considered an indispensable member of the client's team. Demonstrates strong technical competence in the services required by the client and builds an internal team to address technical issues beyond the expertise of the candidate. Brings wise and masterful communication skills to the relationship-building processes. Builds and maintains a strong bridge between the client and our project teams as they serve the client over time. Ensures that instruments of service including project reports and client memoranda address client needs. Assists with project problem resolution and stewards the client relationship through any difficulties so that it thrives over the long term and we are sought out to provide services in the future. Gathers information from all staff working with the client to deepen understanding of client needs and issues. Engages in ongoing business development with the client. Serves as coach and mentor to at least three staff in the Client Focus Career Path. Provides ongoing input to company-wide strategic and systems thinking and planning. Contributes to the development of new services, products, and innovations.
