Job Description:
Fast paced and high volume department. Provides inquiry resolution and handling for Bank/Broker/Trust Client Services to Proxy and Reorg clients. Must be able to interface/partner with internal departments to resolve client inquiries/issues on a daily basis and to complete in depth projects. Participation in training and mentoring programs is ongoing. Externally interfaces with clients and must be able to meet for client visits, present business reviews, participate in on-line webinars. This senior position also includes additional responsibilities. Associate will need to become the go-to for inquiries and quickly become subject matter expert in the bank and broker space. Heading teams, leading projects, and interfacing with the management team will also be required.
Must have strong communication skills, be able to fully articulate ideas, and resolve issues. Also, must have a strong attention to detail and be able to multi-task while maintaining good time management skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Access, and Excel are a must. Industry knowledge of Proxy and Reorg is a plus. Knowledge of Broadridge and internal applications is a plus.
