The Senior Manager of Communications has primary responsibility for internal communications for USIS. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work well independently and in a team and enjoys a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.
Plan and create strategies, tactics, activities, and materials for the purpose of conveying messages to employees.
Organizing communication materials on the intranets and external sites to increase the effectiveness and impact for employees.
Research, write, and edit internal communication documents or emails.
Review and distribute the organization's strategic plan, which includes the organization's mission, vision, values statements, strategic goals, and strategies.
Contributing to the overall corporate communication effort
Assisting with the production and design of communication collateral with the graphics department, when applicable
8 years of related work experience
Resolves critical issues and contributes to business unit/area development.
Works closely with executive management and senior directors on critical issues and organizational policies.
Extensive latitude for decision-making.
