We are currently searching for a SENIOR COMPENSATION ANALYST located in Valley Forge, PA. This person will provide analytical and consultative compensation support for NA businesses. They will assist with administration of base, bonus, equity, and executive pay/perquisites. Conducts job evaluations using Hay job evaluation methodology for entry level professional to mid-level management roles. They will assist the businesses with FLSA determinations and job evaluations below entry level professional. Participates in all annual compensation salary surveys and analyze results to make recommendations to HR team and business. Monitor internal equity and external market trends for competitiveness. Conduct audits across the NA business of job evaluations, base pay changes, plan administration activities to ensure compliance with guidelines and applicable laws.

Plan Administration/Client Support: Assist with design, administration and compliance of all base salary, bonus, equity programs and other recognition and reward programs as required. Advise HR team on routine and complex compensation matter, policies, and procedures. Audit employee and transaction data to ensure accuracy and compliance. Liaise with HRIS team to ensure adequate data and reporting needs are fulfilled.
Job Evaluation: Conducts job evaluations for NA positions at designated bands, working the recommendations through the documented approval process. Assist the business with job evaluations and FLSA determinations at the non-exempt and entry-level exempt bands. Reviews compensation change recommendations for below Hay Band 7 and routes for appropriate approvals.
Market Competitiveness: Prepare all salary survey submissions, competitive pay practices, and annual salary planning surveys. Analyze survey data for external competitiveness and make recommendations where appropriate. Assist with salary structure review and analysis.
Annual Programs and Planning: Assist with the annual performance planning process (merit, incentive compensation). Provides support for system testing, documentation and end-user training. Answer client and Human Resource inquiries regarding process and application. Advises on appropriate base salary and bonus recommendations.
Process Improvement: Utilize skills and technology to continuously improve process and program efficiencies. Create consistent and standardized processes and practices for implementation across the businesses.
Performs other related duties as assigned, such as acquisition and divestiture analysis, plan design and communication, and assistance with compensation matters pertaining to global mobility possibilities:

Skills and Requirements:
BA/BS required in relevant field.

3-5 years of progressive experience as a senior compensation analyst/consultant with proven analytical and problem solving skills to evaluate and identify innovative solutions, and in depth knowledge of all base, short-term and long-term incentive compensation practices. Specific proven proficiencies on short and long-term plan costing and accounting implications necessary.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and develop and maintain strong working relationships within and outside of Human Resources

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to meet deadlines

Experience with PeopleSoft and Hay Job Evaluation methodology highly desirable
