Work directly with the Customer to ensure all products and applications are deployed, maintain customer relations to provide capability/service awareness, identify customer requirements and address customer satisfaction criteria. Provide ad-hoc user and training support on applications, content discovery and knowledge management support. Facilitate collaboration sessions. Meet with customers regularly to translate business needs into development requirements. Manage and maintain a team of customer support representatives.

  • Designs, assembles and presents presentation exhibits in both electronic and traditional media.
  • Prepares brochures and briefing materials, coordinates events, prepares and lays out materials and presentation briefings
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience. Additional Qualifications • Microsoft Office
