Work directly with the Customer to ensure all products and applications are deployed, maintain customer relations to provide capability/service awareness, identify customer requirements and address customer satisfaction criteria. Provide ad-hoc user and training support on applications, content discovery and knowledge management support. Facilitate collaboration sessions. Meet with customers regularly to translate business needs into development requirements. Manage and maintain a team of customer support representatives.
Qualifications Requires Bachelor’s degree (in Computer Science or related field) or equivalent, and seven to nine years of related experience. Additional Qualifications • Microsoft Office
- Designs, assembles and presents presentation exhibits in both electronic and traditional media.
- Prepares brochures and briefing materials, coordinates events, prepares and lays out materials and presentation briefings
