Responsible for leading and supporting initiatives that enhance and modernize the inter-Plan claim functionalities. Lead the implementation of initiatives working with business and technical staff to ensure the successful implementation of enhancements. Conduct research and analysis to assess industry and other trends in the development of inter-Plan claim enhancements. Responsible for leading and participating in the development of enhancements to inter-Plan business models in support of large account business.
Required Basic Qualifications
•Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare related field
•A minimum of five years of managed care or health insurance experience in related environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Basic Qualifications
•Blue Cross and Blue Shield experience.
•Effective organization, presentation and communications skills (oral and written).
•Demonstrated research and analytical skills.
•Experience with BCBS Inter-Plan Programs, particularly with claims processing and/or ITS.
