We are looking for Professional Services Senior Consultants to work with our clients to gather requirements, document solution design, configure the Salesforce application, train administrators and end-user personnel on how to navigate and best leverage the solution, and ensure successful engagements and project deployments through disciplined project management.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage client engagements and the overall relationship to ensure customer success and drive follow on business

Provide sales support for acquiring new customers as well as drive scoping activities and SOW development for existing clients

Lead , mentor and teach consultants best practices for implementing Salesforce as well as executing Clear Task’s implementation methodology

Execute testing and validation that the Salesforce configuration meets the business requirements and solution design

Create business requirements documentation with process flow diagrams and use case definitions

Execute solution design activities such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design and rule logic definition in context of Salesforce application

Setup, configure and optimize the Salesforce solution remotely and at client locations

Provide customers best practices and present additional opportunities to further leverage Salesforce and the Force.com platform

Qualifications:
Required:
Five+ years relevant work experience

Three+ years professional services or technical consulting experience

Two+ years Salesforce configuration experience

College degree

Client facing and project management experience

Outstanding writing, presentation, communication and organization skills

Implementation expertise configuring and deploying SaaS based applications

Preferred:
Industry expertise in high tech, financial services, health care and ecommerce

One or more salesforce.com certifications (ADM-201, CON-201, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)

Customer relationship management (CRM) application experience (e.g. Salesforce, Siebel, Eloqua, Marketo) as well as integration tools (Pervasive, Informatica, Boomi)
