This role will provide advanced analytics to support consulting engagements with various health plan/payer clients. Key work areas including provider performance measurement and segmentation, medical management analytics, and general payer analytic/reporting support.
This position requires strong technical and organizational skills.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Strong SAS skills.
strong familiarity with claims-based analytics
familiarity with clinical grouping methodologies (such as Symmetry's ETGs, ERGs, PEGs, EBMs..)
degree biostatistics, health services research, actuarial science or related field
5+ years of healthcare/payer experience
ability to work in a matrixed environment
strong organization skills
