As Contract Performance Manager, you will be responsible for assigned CSA clients in fulfilling project management, contract management, and coordination of internal service providers and financial performance of each contract.

Essential Responsibilities
In addition, you will:
  • Be responsible for project management and contract execution of assigned Aero Energy CSA customer for all aspects relevant to, both external (customer expectations, deliverables, T&Cs, etc.) and internal (business objectives, reporting and forecasting)
  • Manage assigned customer expectations and deliverables under the terms of the CSA contracts while meeting services business objectives
  • Be responsible managing all financial aspects of the contract performance towards the business objectives: invoicing, collections, cost, sales and quarterly performance, using the company IT tools for internal control, reporting and forecasting
  • Order Entry / management of sales / cost on all projects driving productivity through conditioned based maintenance programs by technologies, external vendor cost management and reporting on contract financial performance quarterly metrics. Schedule site activities with client’s representatives and fulfillment centers (Field Services, Depot, Parts, Asset Management, etc.), coordinating all teams to provide the highest level of service
  • Strong knowledge of assigned client need for services to maximize growth opportunities, contract commercial terms and implementing client KPI’s
  • Communicate timely with customer on scheduled outages and managing the unplanned to minimize client down time to maximize client output. Develop long -range project plans, including outage schedules and projected financial expenditures
  • Develop strong client relationship and communication delivering the value / up sells of the CSA with assigned clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships delivering contract value and up-selling potential, support sales teams in developing new opportunities, upgrading and/or modifying current CSAs as well as provide information regarding latest Conversions, Modifications & Upgrades (CM&Us) available
  • Actively look for ways to meet and maintain client Critical to Quality (CTQs) requests
  • Work with GE internal providers and affiliates to improve CSA operational and financial performances
  • Use Six Sigma Quality program to maximize productivity and client service
  • Lead cross functional teams of fulfillment and CSA teams focused to improve productivity and clients experience from CSA agreement
  • Lead team in developing strategies for region / segments that promotes growth
  • Mentor new CPM’s in all aspects of role, training of CSA IT tools, contract structures / scopes and fulfillment execution

    Qualifications/Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or Business Management
  • Minimum of 5 years of power generation related experience
  • Minimum of 4 years of Aero Derivative Turbine experience
