The Senior Contract Performance Manager (CPM) will be measured on customer relationships and the ability to produce financial and operating results for the Contractual Service business. Each CPM will be required to work independently to manage long-term service agreements. In this role, you will be co-located with your respective customer and be responsible for delivering quality customer solutions including new products, outage planning, parts and repair delivery via project management tools.
In addition, you will:
Own the customer relationship and ability to meet internal GE objectives
Maintain strong partnerships within the value chain organization will be extremely important to deliver high quality services
Understand power plant or machine driven industries
Interface with Inquiry To Order (ITO) and Risk teams for new customer opportunities
Execute contracts to achieve Financial Operating Plan
Order / track / validate billing for major / minor maintenance parts and services requested by the customer
Margin review data collection and reconciliation
Provide information and drive sales regarding the latest advancements in conversion, modification, and upgrade opportunities to owner and as well as other up selling opportunities
Maintain unit operating history and parts life history on commercially available software
Maintain record of parts (by model and serial number) currently installed in each unit
Develop sales plan for each customer
Support customer in forced, unplanned and planned unit outages
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technical Discipline
Minimum of 5 years power generation experience
Additional Eligibility Qualifications

Genesis / Tardis (G/T) Field Engineering Program (FEP) or other G/T Technical experience
Successful Profit & Loss (P&L) experience
Familiarity with long-term parts and services contracts
Turbine technology experience
Proficiency with computer tools
Certified Six Sigma Green or Black Belt (GE Employees only)
7FA Gas Turbine, GE Steam Turbine and Balance of Plant (BOP) knowledge
Sales experience with direct customer interface
Possess the skills to be technically savvy while having strong business acumen and ability to drive overall solutions / rigor to meet customer needs
Strong business / financial skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Demonstrated management experience
Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
