This position is in the Campus Labs division, in Buffalo, NY. The Campus Labs team works closely with colleges and universities using data- focused tools to impact student success and engagement as well as to streamline and improve assessment and institutional effectiveness efforts.

Senior Coordinator, Campus Support

The role of the Senior Coordinator, Campus Support is to provide excellent service for campuses using our Baseline product, as well as to provide leadership to a team of Coordinators, Campus Support. The Senior Coordinator, Campus Support will report to the Assistant Director, Campus Support.

Responsibilities

Reviewing and streamlining service requests submitted by Campus Labs member campuses to ensure we will meet the intended goals.

Supervise a team of Coordinators, Campus Support

Provide stellar service to our campuses by phone, email, and internal tools in a high volume environment.

Research client questions and issues and escalating client issues to second level support and management, when necessary, in a timely and efficient manner.

Proactively identify opportunities for improved efficiency and added value

Troubleshoot and solve problems, often of a technical nature or having to do with data sets

Provide training and guidance to others within the organization

Assist with additional department projects, as assigned.

Skills, Experience, Knowledge, and Personal Characteristics

Through a minimum of three to five years of work experience one should possess the following skills and characteristics:

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to requests.

Experience organizing projects and meeting deadlines.

Capacity to handle multiple projects at once with a strong attention to detail.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Independent and creative problem solving skills

Ability to provide personable and professional service and build relationships with clients

Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly

Enthusiastic, pro-active, and able to champion change.

Knowledge of/or experience with higher education is a plus.

A Bachelors Degree is required.
