Senior Coordinator, Investor Relations


Orrville , OH (Close proximity to Cleveland/Akron)


Vice President, Investor Relations


Coordinate conference calls and on-site meetings with investors/analysts

Schedule calls and meetings directly with investors/analysts

Coordinate participation of other members of senior management, as applicable

Prepare agenda and coordinate logistics (including catering), as applicable

Prepare and provide binders and/or supporting materials to internal participants

Assist in coordinating earnings calls

Coordinate earnings call logistics internally and with third party providers (set up details in advance and coordinate on morning of the call)

Assist in external and internal issuance of earnings press release, including coordinating with news wire service and proofing documents

Prepare and provide binders and supporting materials to internal participants

Assist in developing presentations for investor conferences, annual shareholder meeting, and internal departmental meetings

Develop and maintain presentation template

Take overall responsibility for formatting, updating, and maintaining presentation (with content direction provided by IR team)

Work with internal stakeholders to gather approved materials for presentations

Coordinate printing of presentations

Coordinate investor road shows and Company participation in investor conferences

Coordinate travel and other logistics for all internal participants

Coordinate meeting schedule with investors, as applicable

Prepare and distribute agenda and other supporting materials for internal participants

Coordinate with various third parties, as applicable – A/V needs, webcast, on site logistics, copies of presentations and other materials, Company-sponsored catering

Coordinate content, ordering, and shipping of gift bags, as applicable

Provide administrative support to the Investor Relations function

Cover phone and mail for Vice President, Investor Relations

Maintain list of contacts and log interactions with investors/analysts

Maintain departmental calendar

Prepare various binders and file folders, as requested

Coordinate mailing of annual reports to investors, as requested

Work with third party provider to maintain investor pages of corporate website

Prepare certain standard periodic reports for internal purposes



2 or 4 year degree required

Prior administrative experience a plus

Finance related experience a plus


Confidentiality is required

Excellent PowerPoint skills a must

Flexible schedule required at key times, particularly in advance of earnings calls, conferences, and roadshows

Professional with the ability to work with all levels of the organization

Above average skills with other computer programs (Word, Excel, Lotus Notes)

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong organization and coordination skills

Ability to prioritize workload and perform multiple tasks

Strong forward planning skills

Ability to work with limited amount of supervision

Some travel required for investor conferences – 2 to 3 times per year
