Purpose: Responsible for talent acquisition globally, managing recruitment resources and processes. Responsible for strategic initiatives as assigned to support business goals.Major Tasks, Responsibilities Key Accountabilities: Under limited supervision, perform the following: Responsible for meeting global staffing needs of CSI and all domestic business units in a cost effective manner.Takes on additional strategic initiatives to contribute outside of recruitment functionResearches, recommends and implements appropriate recruitment resources to ensure timely, quality hires.Develops and maintains professional relationships with college, university, and other post-secondary education institutions as a source to generate qualified applicants.Develops CSI brand and necessary marketing materials to grow and expand that brand, driving interest in working for CSI.Represents CSI and subsidiaries at associations and agencies as necessary to increase networkWorks closely with hiring managers for specific recruiting plans to quickly fill their staffing needs along with completing necessary documentation to include the job descriptionResponsible for timely follow up and documented summaries to appropriate personnelDirects the efforts of employment agencies and search firms including negotiation and controlling agency fees.Monitors all temporary employees, communicating with hiring manager, HR Manager and Agency Responsible for CSI recruitment processes and that they are met by everyone involved in the process. Recommendations for process improvement should also be considered and brought to VP of HR.Develops and manages social networking strategyConducts reference and background checks.
