Wyndham Vacation Ownership is looking for a Senior Counsel who will be responsible for leading and overseeing a project team in the review, structuring, drafting, and/or revising of acquisition and development agreements, resort management documents, and regime and consumer sales documents related to new and existing condominium and timeshare projects. Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Provide advice and guidance to VPs and clients regarding all facets of real estate matters, including acquisition, development, construction, financing, disposition, regimes and resort management. Lead and manage project teams in their review, drafting and negotiating of agreements and documents related to regimes, resort management, acquisitions and development, as well as overseeing and managing project teams conducting due diligence related to the acquisition of new projects and companies.Responsible for oversight and the delegation of projects to the Project Managers. Provide feedback directly and/or indirectly including the development and execution of operational and development goals.
