Assist and educate member, employers and agents with inquiries related to Senior Market products how to access service and facilitate problem resolution along with other questions. Consistently create an exceptional consumer experience with each contact via inbound and outbound calls, face-to-face, or email. Work with Senior Markets Operations and Sales to meet or exceed established goals.
Must receive an Active State of Michigan Health & Life Insurance License within 90 days of starting this position.
Minimum 2 years demonstrated mastery as a Priority Health Customer Service Representative or 4 years external experience in a health care field related to Priority Health product lines.
Associate's Degree or 4 years of healthcare or insurance industry experience.
