We have multiple openings for Senior Data Analysts with SAS Programming experience or SQL Programming (SSRS and SSIS) experience This is fulltime position that will be contract to hire or direct hire depending on the candidate The Senior Data Analyst will be responsible for supporting executive level analytics for the services group of a national lending institution The Senior Data Analyst will consult with clients to identify and define business requirements and translate business needs into complex analysis designs and recommendations This position identifies and recommends internal and external data sources compilesmines data from multiple cross business sources recommends and participates in the development of complex analysis designs using statistical andor financial analysis predictive modeling process documentation comparative analysis etc interprets results and recommends solutions to increase revenue reduce expense maximize operational efficiencyquality etc 610 years of experience in providing analytical support to business managers includes analyzing interpreting and presenting results 6 years of Microsoft SQL Server experience including SSIS and SSRS A strong background in SAS programming could take the place of SQL Strong communication skills both written and verbal This is essential as this role will be called upon to put together presentation for executive team Demonstrated ability with relational database design concepts and usage with strong Excel Access and SQL skills Mortgage or Banking experience Bachelor&rsquos degree in business or a quantitative discipline (eg Finance Economics Statistics Operations Research Computer Science)
