RuffaloCODY’s Enrollment Management Division provides strategic partnership for college and university admission offices. We assist our clients by utilizing targeting tools and implementing multi-channel campaigns to help recruit students and achieve their enrollment goals. Our services continually evolve to provide the greatest impact at each stage of the recruitment cycle. RuffaloCODY seeks to exceed client expectations and share in the satisfaction of achieving client goals. The Senior Data Analyst works within the Enrollment Technology division. Enrollment Technology provides the backbone infrastructure for service and product delivery. This role includes advanced data manipulation and analysis in support of enrollment software and services. The Senior Data Analyst works with several other teams including the data team, product development, client services, and client support.

Reports to: Vice President, Enrollment Technology

Supervises: N/A


Work in a team environment with product development, client services and client support

Perform advanced SQL querying and data manipulation tasks

Provide data analysis through reports and queries using large datasets

Interaction with development, production and warehouse databases

Serve as an escalation point providing technical assistance where needed

Utilize and write documentation through tools provided in the Knowledge Base and other resources

Function as a liaison to related departments, such as Product Development

Create custom ETL (Extract/Translate/Load) jobs to for integration, onboarding, and reporting

High attention to detail through quality checks

QUALIFICATIONS: Education, Licenses/Certifications, Skills and Work Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in a mathematics, statistics or other technical field or 3-5 years commensurate technical experience

Strong analytical skills

Experience with databases, and working knowledge of SQL

Experience with ETL tools and data management

Working knowledge of data cleansing techniques

Proficient in Microsoft Office and desktop database tools

Ability to multi-task, prioritize duties and general attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to document and update/maintain current processes and procedures

Desire/ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Infrequent light physical effort required

Must be able to work in an environment where the noise level is moderate

Advanced degree in Mathematics, Statistics, or other technical field

Experience with statistical analysis and modeling using large datasets

Experience working in Enrollment Management or Admissions

Experience working with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services)

Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or other CRM solutions
