The Sr. Database Marketing Analyst will be responsible for the following areas:

Responsible for list selection, post campaign analysis and reporting for all direct-to-consumer channel campaigns, including; direct mail, email and SMS marketing
Provides ad hoc and continuous reports, including; agent, product, accounting and other organizational reporting support
Provides analysis on key performance indicators and financial metrics to determine campaign success; test vs. control measurements, ROI, retention and customer lifetime value
Assists with campaign test design as well as channel, offer and contact strategy for all direct-to-consumer campaigns
Generates reports, graphs and presentations with recommendations from post campaign analysis and enhancement of future campaigns
Assists with customer segmentation, modeling, targeting and contact strategies
Assists with the design and enhancements to the customer database, including; aggregate tables, reporting modules and tools and system performance
Provides support to all internal database users by applying thorough knowledge of customer and transactional data across all products and services
Supports campaign analysis for global direct-to-consumer programs
Supports data investigation and resolution process related to customer inquiries and marketing privacy issues.

Provides standard and ad hoc consumer reports using data in data warehouse or in reporting environment

Skills and Experience Required:

Education: Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience required
Experience: 5-7 years of experience in business analytics using a BI tool working with marketing/customer databases on projects such as: segmentation, direct marketing, response analysis, measurement strategy development, ROI, modeling. Experience with development of Business Analytics database with resulting management and maintenance of the database .
Experience with statistics is a plus.
Experience using Campaign Management Tools.
Working knowledge of relational customer databases as well as reporting and analytical tools. Prior experience with Cognos , Business Objects, SAS or SQL is preferred.
Strong technical skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint. Advanced user preferred.
Proven strong attention to detail skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
The ability to work well independently and/or in a team or cross-functional environment
Strong planning, organizational, and implementation skills
Travel 5 % Domestic
