Within the Automotive Technology Business Sector, the Automotive Aftermarket Division is responsible for the supply, sales and logistics of automotive parts for service of the vehicle. They also manage the Diagnostics including workshop equipment, such as testers, technical information, training and consulting.

The Broadview facility opened in 1967 and is the Headquarters for the U.S. Automotive Aftermarket Division. Robert Bosch corporate departments of Human Resources, Facilities, Legal, Payroll, Tax, IT, and International Trade also have operations in Broadview.

Your Responsibilities

Supervisor for Original Equipment Service, Customer service. Manage customer collaboration with OES customers. Manage input/output and quality of service from external consultants. Analyze sales history and compare to product group sales forecasts to develop individual part number forecasts. Issue and coordinate production schedules and orders. Disperse complete production to distribution center to balance inventory. Maintain the accuracy of inventory data files, such as new part numbers, vendors, super- sessions, on order stock. Work with vendors, both domestic and int'l, to secure delivery information to solve shortage or short lead time situations. Regularly review parts and identify surplus, superseded and discontinued parts, and generate scrapping action. Notify production planning on conversions production schedules, utilizing customers' orders and related data. Maintain contacts with customers notifying receipt of returns, order acknowledgement, date of shipment, etc. Your competencies and qualifications

Bachelors in Business Administration, Logistics or related field, MBA or Master in Supply Chain preferred. 5 + years experience in supply chain / planning. APICS Certification preferred or must be completed within 12 months. Systems experience (SAP preferred). Excellent analytical, mathematical and organizational skills. Excellent oral, written and verbal communication skills. Facilitation skills essential. Ability to develop and mentor associates. Excellent PC skills in all MS applications. German language skills desirable
