As a Senior Digital Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day partner relationships and sales processes to guarantee your Sales team hits its revenue goals. You will be a member of the highly motivated Digital Ad Sales team, working closely with management and sales to help streamline the group and create additional revenue where possible.
Work with all internal departments (Ad Ops, Marketing, Management, Site Team, Inventory, etc.) on the development and implementation of Ad campaigns.
Create media plans that meet customer needs and maximize revenue for NBC Universal.
Work closely with Planning Manager to tactically drive company-wide goals and initiatives.
Team with Account Executives on all deals to understand campaign deliverables.
Manage client relationships and deliver superior customer service.
Analyze areas within the sales/planning workflow that can be improved, create process enhancements that eliminate any bottlenecks or barriers to entry.
Work with Ops to improve the delivery of Ad campaigns. Come up with creative solutions to ensure that all Ad campaigns deliver in full.
Help train new account managers and get them up to speed
Handle any and all ad hoc requests that may surface in a timely, efficient manner
Bachelors degree required
2+ years of online experience in media planning or client service role.
Two years of project media related work.

Excellent oral and written communication skills and demonstrate ability to work with a broad range of internal and external clients.
Digital Media experience preferred.
Well organized and good attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills/team oriented.
Strong computer skills especially in Excel, Power Point, and word.
Able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast paced environment.
Ad Serving software and tracking knowledge a plus.
Strong analytical and creative skills.
A strong ability to perform independently and proactively while working in a team environment.
High energy and teamwork mentality a must.
