Publishers Clearing House, a leading provider of digital “play & win” entertainment and a multi- channel direct marketer is looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to manage all channels of our PCHSearch&Win business. This person will optimize growth in acquisition, mobile, loyalty programs, social, targeted messaging and segmenting, email program optimization, cross-property targeting and new business development.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Develop and implement key growth strategies that support PCHSearch&Win's mission, vision and revenue goals
Lead tech development strategy of PCHSearch&Win
Develop targeting and analytics strategy to optimize user experience and engagement
Lead high-level collaboration and identify new business opportunities that expand across multiple email programs
Supervise online marketing employees; manage team work load and structure; coordinate cross-functional collaboration and knowledge transfer and lead team-building
Bachelors Degree in Marketing/Business/Management
5-7 years experience in Online Marketing and Business Development
Promotional marketing experience
Excellent project management skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Effective communicator and collaborator working in a cross-functional environment
In-depth knowledge of current industry trends and opportunities in the market
Experience with web and email analytics and reporting; knowledge of technical implementation (preferred: Coremetrics, Google Analytics, eDialogue)
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint. Visio and web programming experience preferred
