Revenue Management
  • Design and execute a strategy that incorporates revenue management, asset management, and marketing metrics, leading to rental revenue maximization
  • Collaborate with technology and asset management teams to build and maintain revenue management reports and auditing tools which maximize Revenue Management system ROI
  • Develop renewal strategies based upon economic data and portfolio goals.
  • Evaluate property performance and suggest corrective actions for under-performing assets
  • Conduct amenity and lease premium audits and review to determine areas of opportunity
  • Develop and/or modify training materials for Revenue Management tools and practices

  • Assist in aligning company’s marketing initiatives with the company’s economic value creation goals
  • Monitor and review marketing analytics and recommend adjustments to revenue and expense strategies
  • Create relevant web site metrics and recommend strategies based on those metrics

Other Information Integration
  • Analyze information received from customer satisfaction surveys and provide actionable items to investment group, operations group and learning & development group on new development and operational business practices
  • Collaborate with asset management and investment teams to integrate economic data and projected supply information with revenue assumptions and forecasts
  • Develop and enhance budgeting and forecasting models integrating LRO pricing model
  • Provide analytical and pricing tools for Gables multi-family portfolio
  • Develop business processes that address demand changes in the market and maximize overall revenue
  • Analyze and provide feedback/recommendations from information contained in the LRO application
  • Analyze and review production of lease terms, unit types, elasticity of demand, and lengths of time units remains vacant
  • Monitor the relationship between pricing practices, market performance and consumer acceptance
  • Maximize renewal rent capture through sound concession and premium lease pricing strategies
  • Other projects as assigned,including financial statement review and preparation and budgeting and forecasting .


  • Master’s Degree preferred, Bachelor’s Degree Required
  • Strong Understanding of Revenue Management theory and practices
  • 5 years minimum experience in Revenue Management or Pricing position
  • Strong mathematical background and ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Proficiency with analytical and presentation tools (Excel pivot tables, Access database queries, graphing, PowerPoint)
  • Multi-family, travel or hospitality industry experience highly preferred
  • Previous experience with Lease Rent Option (LRO)
  • Strong analysis and decision-making skills
  • Strong attention to detail and process
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work well under time and other constraints
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
