Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with VP to develop and implement strategic plans and message platforms that will enhance and broaden awareness of WWEs commitment to CSR, raise visibility for our brands and talent and increase benefits for our charitable partners
  • Develop fully integrated marketing and communications strategy, action plan, timeline and budget for CSR pillars focused on the Military.
  • Build, manage and expand existing partnerships with Hire Heroes USA to support WWE business strategies and impact mission/cause of partner organizations
  • Identify and recommend additional partners to expand portfolio and reach of WWEs programs
  • Effectively integrate WWE Talent and Sr. Leadership into programs, events and PR opportunities
  • Build and manage relationships with key internal and external partners to further WWEs CSR platform, build brand recognition and enhance corporate reputation
  • Effectively use all WWE and partner assets to merchandise programs and partnerships to key audiences including the non-profit, media, and corporate communities
  • Maintain and build upon positive relationships with community leaders, nonprofit organizations, and corporate partners
  • Design and maintain metrics to measure effectiveness and impact of WWE CSR Platform and programs
  • Manage, supervise, and mentor a staff
  • Work with Human Resources team to manage employee volunteer efforts
  • Act as company spokesperson when needed
  • Keep current with WWE programming, Talent, products, and services

Qualifications:
  • 7+ years of experience developing, organizing, and executing CSR programs, initiatives, and events for an entertainment/media company (TV/broadcasting experience preferred)
  • Communications/media and Cause Marketing experience preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communications, leadership/management, interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, effectively managing multiple programs and projects simultaneously while still paying close attention to detail
  • Strong understanding of digital/social media tools and platforms
  • Proactive, self-motivated team player that can execute independently
  • Willing and able to be hands-on in executing programs
  • Able to work flexible hours and travel for business as needed (approximately 35%)
  • Valid drivers license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed
  • Bachelor degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field of study preferred
