We currently have an opening for a
Director, New Product Development
in our HR practice. This
individual plays a key role in driving new product growth within the HR
Practice. The Senior Director manages a portfolio of practice-level, new
product and business growth initiatives, while also helping the practice’s
leadership team investigate and launch new products to support the HR Practice
strategy. The Senior Director also ensures there is a rigorous,
transparent and successful approach to product development, new product
launches and any product exits.
with CEB’s Corporate Strategy and Development team and the CLC Leadership team,
develop and deliver a product strategy for our HR Practice, exploring new
product and platform opportunities and evaluating their revenue potential.
with HR Practice leadership to develop, update and internally communicate a
clear articulation of the 3-5 year growth plan.
market sensing for topics and services to be added or removed from the program
bundle and potential monetization/productization of particular
and leverage relationships with senior executives through virtual and live
interactions to ensure customer input into the product development
strong, collaborative relationships with cross-functional product development
teams within the practice and across the firm.

Demonstrated ability to innovate in product ideation and design while supporting short and long-term business objectives.
Strong business management skills including the ability to manage complex matrix and/or global operations and relationships.
Strategic thinker – able to advise senior leaders on strategic alternatives, evaluate scenarios and risks and make recommendations on 3-year strategic course for the practice.
Demonstrated initiative and resourcefulness.
10-12 years of related work experience; past experience in management consulting, marketing or product management roles preferred.
BA required; MBA or equivalent a plus.
