The Senior Director of NextGen Global will be responsible for developing and managing our international marketing and sales efforts. This will include an evaluation of current international markets, the development of a business plan for international market entry strategies, and coordination with marketing, software development and other departments as required.

Develop business plan to include: market overview, competitive analysis, legal requirements, product development requirements, and market entry strategies.
Develop and cultivate relationships with governmental entities in selected target countries related to business plan targets.
Develop (or expand to the extent currently in place) relationships with key consultant organizations that have international practices
Identify and cultivate relationships with partners to represent and distribute NextGen software products and services within targeted international markets.

Prior experience within the healthcare information technology marketplace with specific experience in international marketing, partnership development and sales.
Advanced understanding of international HIT marketplace
Management of staff or ability to effect change across multiple organization departments
