SUMMARY: This position will primarily be responsible for the Business Unit P&L, volume, growth, inventory, pricing, COGS, Financial Modeling and Analysis, Projections, ROS, ROIC, and EBIT objectives. Specific responsibilities include: Business Unit profitability including plan development, analysis, implementation, and performance; maintaining finished goods inventories as well as hold and aged inventories; pricing and pricing/costing models of assigned product lines or accounts in alignment with Pricing Group, Business Units, Marketing and Sales group; Product Management including product costing, new product development, specification, quality, category growth, operational/process improvements, complaints, SKU rationalization and fill rate; Business Unit mix including production volume and raw material supply; capacity and asset utilization for assigned product lines and locations; maintaining the database and communicating the summary for costing, pricing, production, Margin, and performance results; and developing and implementing strategy to meet sales demand and forecasting.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a directly related field.Experience: 15+ years of formal and/or business application experience in financial analysis, communication, product management, marketing, production, pricing, P&L, and projections.Computer Skills: Standard computer skills required.Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Supervisory: This position will be responsible for the Margin Management Team.Travel: 12 or more domestic trips per year.
