Within HR’s Compensation and Benefits Organization, Global Mobility is responsible for developing and implementing the framework for the management of our globally mobile workforce across North America and for expatriate assignments outbound from the Americas region. This includes policy development and governance, consulting, vendor management and the actual case management of domestic relocations, cross-border into the US and Canada, temporary and international assignments.
Reporting to the Vice President of Compensation, Benefits and Systems, you will be responsible for:
¥ The leadership of the Global Mobility North America Team - developing people, inspiring best in class performance and influencing for success ¥ Overseeing the management of relocation, immigration, tax and loan programs and international assignment activity in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders ¥ Ensuring that our Global Mobility policies: o are competitive and cost effective o are aligned with best practice in the market o support our business and HR strategy o meet the needs of an increasingly diverse globally mobile workforce Working with internal and external stakeholders to continuously improve Global Mobility processes across expanding geographies and cultures and business requirements Providing advice, training and support to HR Business Partners and Line Managers and Staffing partners on all aspects of Global Mobility Overseeing and managing key relationships with vendors , ensuring that agreed service levels are attained or exceeded Exception management

The ideal candidate possesses the following experience and skills:
¥ Bachelor degree (business or related) ¥ 10 – 15 years’ experience in a Global Mobility HR, consulting or service provider organization ¥ Excellent leadership and people management skills, leading a diverse team for performance excellence ¥ Strong customer focus and collaboration skills ¥ Solution and data-oriented approach to problem solving ¥ Ability to work collaboratively within a complex global business environment ¥ Proven experience in project management ¥ Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills ¥ Intercultural sensitivity ¥ Understanding of HR processes and HR information systems (ideally SAP) ¥ Tax knowledge would be advantageous ¥ English language skills are a must, other languages a plus
