We are seeking a
Senior Director of Sales
to join our Professional Services/Solutions practice. The Senior Director is responsible for developing business plans and directing the team on product and service information, all with the intent of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Program and marketing strategy to build and leverage credibility with C-level executives in order to drive toward large fee-for services assignment through a consultative sales approach.
Manage a team of Sales Executives to successful establishment of new member relationships with progressive companies through a consultative selling process
Provide deal-level coaching, sometimes requiring joint-travel
Efficiently manage sales process mechanics (e.g., visit preparation and follow-up) to maximize sales cycle effectiveness
Articulate the CEB value proposition and align CEB services/research to pressing organizational needs
Responsible for achievement of franchise quarterly/annual revenue goals
Substantial sales and professional services experience selling complex services or solutions with significant price points.
Ability to conduct productive needs-based discussions with senior business leaders and coach Sales Executives to success in this dimension,
A demonstrated track record of initiative, creativity and motivation to achieve the highest standard of performance in previous roles
Proven sales process management
Team management experience
7+ years business experience
Bachelor’s Degree Required
