This position is responsible for accurate processing including, but not limited to, receiving, login, cutting, validating, document storage/retrieval, report assembly and/or packaging, as well as assisting in the overall operation of the department. Perform quality checks and equipment maintenance to ensure accurate processing. Train and monitor daily activities of temporary employees during peak periods. Serve as a primary resource and subject matter expert on primary tasks.
Perform tasks necessary for receipt, login, cutting, validation, document storage/retrieval, report assembly/packaging, meeting standard processing guidelines for all survey projects.
Perform quality control checks to ensure accurate processing and escalate quality issues as necessary.
Self directed & able to organize and prioritize the flow of materials through primary process areas
Perform tasks necessary to ensure all project deadlines are met
Maintain 100% accuracy of all tasks performed
Effectively document and communicate issues associated with projects to appropriate personnel
Communicate document arrival to Director, Survey Operations , including items received outside of normal batch receipt
Train and monitor daily activities of temporary employees during peak periods, reporting any issues back to the Operations Supervisor
Provide assistance and/or support to other areas as necessary
Perform other duties as requested
High school diploma or equivalent
One to three years experience with scanning equipment or equivalent post-secondary related courses
PC experience required. Experience with MS Office, specifically MS Word and Excel, is required
Physical Requirements: The ability to lift, push and/or pull objects of 50 pounds or more routinely. Ability to stand and/or sit for extended periods of time performing data entry tasks.
