Senior Electrical Engineer
Execute complex assignments requiring the use of advanced transmission planning techniques, resulting in the development of new system plans, equipment and/or technological methods which are compliant to NERC and RTO standards and criteria.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in electrical engineering from accredited program. 5 years experience in: electrical system planning, electrical system modeling, and running short circuit studies, PSS/E, ASPEN, MOD, PSSE MUST, PowerWorld Simulator, and Market analysis tools such as UPLAN or PROMOD and ERCOT Nodal Market and its standards and protocols. 2 years of which must include LMP/production cost analysis using PROMOD or UPLAN tools. 1 year of which must include short circuit studies using ASPEN for planning studies and steady state base case building using MOD. In lieu of a Bachelor's plus 5 years experience, the candidate may possess a Master's degree plus 3/2/1 years of specific experience as noted above.
